1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to consulting, development, automation, education, and related services provided by Justin Walker Dev unless a separate written agreement controls.
2. Project Engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, support expectations, and ownership terms should be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, content, approvals, and any third-party account permissions needed to complete the work.
4. Payments
Fees, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, or retainers are due according to the written project agreement or invoice. Late payments may pause work or support.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to final paid deliverables created specifically for them. Pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, processes, reusable code, and internal systems remain the property of their original owner.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, APIs, AI services, payment processors, communication tools, and automation platforms. Justin Walker Dev is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or limitations imposed by third parties.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Services are provided with professional care, but no specific business, revenue, ranking, traffic, performance, or adoption result is guaranteed.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site or services for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, spam, fraud, malware, or abuse of third-party systems.
